I’ve enjoyed your site concerning your POA cruise to HAWAII in September. The more I read the more confused I get. One thing that I really want to do is. Catamaran cruise on one of the island where we can hopefully snorkel. Would love to do the na Pali coast but found that the tour doesn’t pick up at the dock.
Would love to have advice from your experience..
For catamaran snorkel cruises, we did Body Glove Snorkel out of Kona. You can see the details and photos here:

Also, out of Kona, Fair Wind is highly recommended but there is a risk of not arriving in time if the ship docks late or you are not on the first tender. The link above also has some details about this.
Otherwise, the other great snorkel cruise is out of Maui to Molokini.
I wouldn’t go with a Na Pali Coast cruise since you’re already going to see a great view of the Na Pali Coast from the ship when POA sails by it on the 2nd day of Kauai. No sense in paying to do it when you’ll do it for free as part of POA’s cruise.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. We’re going on POA again in less than 2 weeks. =)
